“This is one of the best Hilton’s have stayed. Literally near restaurants and shopping. Staff were so nice and accommodating. There is a spa in the hotel you have to book a day in advance. They have a 24 hour gym and a pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant in the hotel you can get food. The negative the pool is under 14 need parents with you anything else is fine. I booked for the pool. So many kids in the pool Sat and most of Sunday and teens. I couldn’t enjoy it nor did I try. I...

“Property is old and not in the best condition. It was clean but dingy. The beds were soft but squeaky and dipped towards the middle. Hot water ran out during shower. Wifi was very spotty/slow. Front desk staff was friendly.”

“The gym was ok, there were no free weights and it could use a good cleaning. There were no towels available and I don't think a staff member has been in there for a long time. The staff member at the front desk was not very personable. I booked the room in part because the hotel has a pool but when I arrived they told me it wasn't open. I wish I had known that beforehand, that information should be advertised. ”

Great location close to the Convention Center if that's an aspect of your stay. Several good restaurants within walking distance.”

“Clean spacious bedroom with a large bathroom. The AC was great and kept the room comfortable. The Gym was okay. I just used 1 of the treadmills. It had 4 pieces of equipment. The Staff was great and the location was perfectly in the city of Richmond ”
