“Pessimo! Peggior servizio di pulizia che abbia mai visto. Ma tutto il personale dell’albergo veramente inadeguato e non professionale. Preferirei dormire in tenda piuttosto che tornare in questo hotel.”

“The electronic key wasn’t working. The front desk person was nice and helped us with the keys, changed them but it still didn’t work. In the morning we can’t get to the room after breakfast and the front desk person gave us new keys. Nice staff but the holding need to improve the quality of the hotel equipment.”

“This place was a dream. Lovely facilities, lovely outdoor space, lovely staff. Looking for a reason to go back to Richmond just to stay at this location. Extremely charming without sacrificing nice amenities”

“Great”

“The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!”

“The front desk staff, the one doing the night/overnight shift, was very unwelcoming. No greetings whatsoever.”

“The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed on. The entry door would not close on its. In order to close it I had left up in the door handle with my had and shoulder and force it closed. The bathroom door would remain open on its own. I have to shove two magazines between the door and the door jam to keep it open. The lights in the bedroom almost nonexistent. The food at the connecting restaurant was horrible.”

“everything”
